The interview
To fully understand your situation, during the interview you will be asked to describe your medical issues including their progression and treatments you have received to date.
Some general questions regarding your work, personal or social life may also be asked in order to make a comprehensive assessment of your injury and its effects on your life.
Any additional items such as x-rays or reports made available at your appointment will also be reviewed.
Physical examination
Where required, a physical examination will involve assessing the injured area(s) of your body and may also entail a generalised examination to assess your overall health.
The examinations are conducted in accordance with the appropriate medical protocols.
